Welcome to Oasis Dreams Travel. These terms and conditions govern your participation in our in-person retreats and guided travel ventures.
By booking a retreat or travel venture with us, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please refrain from booking our Services.

Booking and Payment: To book a retreat or travel venture, you must complete the booking process and submit any required payments. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the Company. Payments are non-refundable, except as provided in our cancellation policy.

Payment Methods: We accept payment via PayPal, Interact, and Wire. Payments must be made in the currency specified at the time of booking.

Payment Terms: Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified. Any outstanding balances must be paid prior to the start date of the retreat or travel venture, as outlined in the booking confirmation.

Non-refundable Deposits: Some bookings may require non-refundable deposits or fees. These deposits and fees are non-refundable in the event of cancellation.

Currency Conversion Fees: If you are paying in a currency other than the one specified, your payment may be subject to currency conversion fees charged by your bank or payment provider. These fees are your responsibility and are not included in the total booking amount.

Payment Security: We take the security of your payment information seriously and use industry-standard encryption and security measures to protect your financial data. However, we cannot guarantee absolute security against unauthorized access or interception of your payment information.

Payment Disputes: If you have any concerns or disputes regarding payment, please contact us as soon as possible to resolve the issue. We reserve the right to take appropriate action, including but not limited to canceling bookings or suspending services, in the event of non-payment or payment disputes.

By completing the booking process and submitting payment for our retreats or travel ventures, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by the payment terms outlined in these terms and conditions.

Health and Safety: You acknowledge and agree that participation in our retreats and travel ventures involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical exertion, exposure to elements, and the risk of personal injury. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation, and you agree that the Company and its affiliates, partners, and representatives shall not be liable for any injuries, damages, or losses sustained during the Services.

Medical Information: You certify that you are physically fit and have no medical conditions that would prevent your participation in the Services. You agree to inform the Company of any medical conditions, allergies, or dietary restrictions prior to the Services. You acknowledge that the Company is not responsible for providing medical care or dietary accommodations during the Services.

Emergency Procedures: In the event of a medical emergency or other emergency situation, you agree to follow the instructions of the Company's representatives and to cooperate with any emergency response procedures. It is your responsibility to familiarize yourself with emergency procedures and evacuation routes at the retreat or travel venture location.

Travel Health Precautions: You are responsible for researching and taking necessary health precautions for travel to the destination, including but not limited to vaccinations, medications, and travel health advisories. The Company is not liable for any health-related issues or illnesses that may occur during the Services.

Code of Conduct
To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants, we expect all attendees to adhere to the following code of conduct:

Respectful Behavior: Treat fellow participants, staff, and local residents with respect and courtesy at all times. Harassment, discrimination, or any form of disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated.

Illegal Activities: Engaging in any illegal activities, including but not limited to drug use, theft, or vandalism, is strictly prohibited.

Alcohol and Drugs: The use of alcohol and recreational drugs on the premises is strictly prohibited.

Sexual Conduct: Any form of sexual harassment or misconduct is unacceptable. Participants are expected to respect personal boundaries and consent at all times.

Environmental Conservation: Help preserve the natural environment and cultural heritage of the destinations we visit by minimizing waste, avoiding damage to natural habitats, and respecting local customs and traditions.

Compliance with Local Laws: It is your responsibility to familiarize yourself with the laws and regulations of the countries or regions visited. Ensure that your behavior and adherence to the code of conduct align with local laws and customs. The Company is not responsible for any legal consequences resulting from non-compliance with local laws or regulations.

Violation of this code of conduct may result in immediate removal from the activities and/or premises, at the Company's discretion, with no refund provided.

By participating in the Services, you agree to abide by this code of conduct and understand that failure to do so may result in consequences as outlined above.

 Travel Arrangements: The Company may assist in arranging transportation, accommodations, and other travel services. However, please note that the Company is only responsible for the services directly purchased through us, which may include accommodations, activities, and other specified offerings.

Please Note:

Flights: You are solely responsible for arranging and purchasing your own flights to and from the designated meeting point or destination for the Services. The Company does not facilitate flight bookings and is not responsible for any issues related to flights, including delays, cancellations, or changes.

  Travel Insurance: You are responsible for obtaining adequate travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to trip cancellation, medical emergencies, and lost or stolen belongings. The Company strongly recommends purchasing comprehensive travel insurance prior to participating in the Services.

Visa Requirements: You are solely responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary visa to travel to the destination for the Services. The Company does not provide assistance with visa applications and is not liable for any issues related to visa acquisition, including delays, cancellations, or changes. It is your responsibility to research and fulfill the visa requirements for your travel destination.

In the event that any of the services arranged by the Company are not available or need to be adjusted, the Company may provide alternatives to the best of its ability, but it is not liable for any changes, cancellations, or issues beyond its control.

Please ensure that you review and confirm all travel arrangements before your departure. If you have any questions or concerns regarding travel arrangements, please contact us for assistance.

Amendments: The Company reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without notice. By booking the Services after any amendments are made, you agree to be bound by the revised terms and conditions.

Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada. Any disputes arising under these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Canada.
