Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances may arise that require you to cancel your booking.
Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our participants and our company.
Please review the following cancellation policy before booking our retreats or travel ventures:

Cancellation by Participant:

If you cancel your booking more than 30 days before the start date of the retreat or travel venture, you will receive a full refund, minus any non-refundable deposits or fees.

If you cancel your booking between 30 and 14 days before the start date of the retreat or travel venture, you will receive a 50% refund of the total booking amount.

If you cancel your booking less than 14 days before the start date of the retreat or travel venture, no refund will be provided.

Cancellation by the Company:

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel or reschedule the retreat or travel venture due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer you the option to reschedule your booking for a future date or receive a full refund of the total booking amount.

Refund Process:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the booking.

No-shows:

If you fail to attend the retreat or travel venture without prior notification, no refund will be provided.

Changes to Booking:

If you need to make changes to your booking, such as rescheduling or transferring your booking to another person, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability and any applicable fees.

By booking our retreats or travel ventures, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by our cancellation policy.
